Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over AED 1000.

  • Standard Rate Shipping: For orders below AED 1000, a flat shipping fee will apply.

  • International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Package Tracking

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we deliver to P.O. boxes within the UAE; however, certain courier services may not support expedited shipping to P.O. boxes.
